Arakis a Levantine alcoholic spirit (~40–63% Alc. Vol./~80–126 proof, commonly 50% Alc. Vol./100 proof) in the anis drinks family. It is a clear, colorless, unsweetened anise distilled alcoholic drink. Arak is the traditional alcoholic beverage in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Palestine and Israel.
Arak is made with grape spirits triple distilled in-house with fresh natural aniseed. Using the latest distillation technics available to produce fresh, clean and complex aromas, combined with a rich and smooth taste. To enjoy, simply dilute one part Arak to two parts water then add ice.
